Int4 Core Values

When in December 2011 three friends decided to open Int4, it became obvious to them that their company needed to follow certain values. First SAP Consultants joining Int4 team proposed three values: Competences, Relationships and Balance that reflected the best set of values that represented an expert consultant and were close to them.

Grow every day and avoid mediocrity – learn and teach but stay humble

“Every Int4 member has it in their DNA. They are on a continuous learning path and the more they learn the more they find they would like to get to know. At the same time, once we do something we want to do it 101% well. We are ambitious and humble as we know how much we still would like to know.”
~ Michał Michalski

Be decisive, analyse inputs, take advices but make decisions and stick to them

“We believe that we at Int4 are all talented experts in our areas of expertise and we expect from professionals to be able to make decisions based on analysis and advice. Once the decision is made we are firm and stick to it for us to realise our strategy.”
~ Korneliusz Kordus

Take accountability – don’t give it away

“The whole Int4 team agree that we want to create a Team of highly educated professionals who are strong willed and able to take ownership for their deeds. Each of us has a duty to expand the knowledge continuously and set ourselves ambitious goals”
~ Wojciech Łukowski

The Value of Competences defines Int4’s approach to learning and development. Know how much you do not know for you to be able to plan your day to find time for active learning. Be responsible for your own development to avoid mediocrity. Be precise in your opinions supported by analysis and facts. Take accountability for your decisions, even if you took advice from others, it is you who makes the final call.
