Relations in the Int4 Team

Competences, Relationships and Balance are the values we follow at Int4 and are of equal importance to us. We believe that we are a Team of Mentors and Experts who are eager to constantly grow and gain new competences through sharing the knowledge. This can only happen if we trust, support and do not envy each other which means create positive relationships.

Stay positive and support your team in case of issues – together we can achieve more

“When at Int4 we say Team we do not mean a manager, board member etc. What is meant by that is that we are all The Team that care about each other, develop one another and stay positive because only then we can move mountains and successfully finish implementations when we do it together.”
~ Michał Kowalczewski

Understand each person is different – learn to work with them and respect them

“To understand our differences from the start, every new hire does a Personality Profile Test, which shows us how different Int4 members are. By learning that there are Mechanics, Creators, Stars etc. among us we want to put empathy into our relations for us to cooperate better.”
~ Michał Krawczyk

Be honest with yourself and others

“All three values are the answer to what Cultural fit to Int4 means, however, honesty is the unique virtue that we especially look for in Candidates during the interviews. We value direct, down to the point conversations held in a polite manner which give us the sense of trust and care for the commonwealth.”
~ Edyta Kaźmierczak-Pawlak

The Value of Relationships guides Int4 members through polite but assertive relationships. Being conscious that we are all eager to help each other helps us build positive relationships with a room of understanding for other team members who have their goals set to achieve them. So, it is ok at Int4 to say: ‘Sure, I will help you but not now, ok? When do you need it?’ To us, being polite and assertive at the same time is what makes us respect one another.

Sounds like Int4 is a perfect place for you? Don’t wait and lets meet!
